Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Showroom Salesperson in the Broomall, PA area. You will provide expert product selection and design advice to customers, aiming to meet sales and profit goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.
• Articulate showroom value proposition to engage customers and show value.
• Determine customer needs and direct them to best products to address them.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review specifications, pricing and availability.
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet targets.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged with customers from start to finish.
• Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork per policy.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Attend industry events to stay informed on trends and build relationships.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
