Showroom Salesperson (Finance) with Hajoca Corporation in Westchester, PA is responsible for helping customers select products, providing design advice, and maintaining an exceptional showroom experience. You will use Hajoca tools to guide selections, process orders, and meet sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or sales, showroom product knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.
• Articulate your showroom value proposition to engage customers and show value.
• Determine customer needs and direct them to best products to address them.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, pricing, and availability.
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet targets.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged throughout projects.
• Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork per policy.
• Keep showroom clean, neat, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Join industry associations and attend events to stay informed on design trends.
• Complete safety and compliance training as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as required.
