Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of showroom products preferred.
• Experience with luxury, high-end products and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) to communicate via email and manage reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in-store and at customer locations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to meet/exceed sales and gross profit goals and to increase profit sharing.
• Sell and provide in-store and in-home design consultations for kitchens and baths.
