Job summary

Hajoca Corporation's Weinstein Supply showroom in Broomall, PA is seeking a Showroom Salesperson. You will provide expert product selection assistance, design advice, and exceptional service to showroom customers while aiming to meet sales and gross profit goals.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or sales, knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will join a supportive team with competitive compensation and profit-sharing benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen and bath design trends
• Ability to use Microsoft Office to communicate, maintain files, calendars, and reports
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to upsell or cross-sell and build vendor relationships
• Ability to learn and operate computer systems used to process orders

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer
• Articulate your showroom value proposition to engage customers
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the best products
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review specs, pricing, and availability
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet sales targets
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged from start to finish
• Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork
• Keep showroom clean, neat, stocked, and safely displayed
• Join industry associations and stay informed about design trends
• Complete safety and compliance training
• Perform other duties as assigned
