SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Pleasant Garden location.

You will mentor staff, forecast sales, and execute promotional programs while maintaining showroom standards and budgets. The role prioritizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaborative leadership with field and inside sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in showroom or sales management.
• Knowledge of building materials or construction industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily showroom operations and sales execution.
• Mentor, train, and develop showroom staff.
• Forecast and set annual sales quotas for regions/territories.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional programs.
• Merchandise displays and manage product lines.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to ensure a consistent walk‑in experience.
• Manage tasks, resources, and budgets; optimize costs.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism.
• Build relationships with customers and manage orders.
