Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building materials or construction industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.

• Lead daily showroom operations including opening/closing procedures and team delegation.
• Mentor, train, and manage showroom staff to deliver effective sales and customer service.
