Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in showroom/sales or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building materials or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations including opening/closing procedures and team delegation.
• Lead, mentor, and train staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans and advertising or promotional programs.
• Merchandise and manage showroom displays; contribute to expanding product lines.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and other Showroom Managers to develop and maintain a consistent walk-in sales experience, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless customer journey.
