Job summary

Pella is seeking a Branch Sales Facilitator to manage daily showroom operations and act as the first point of contact for customers and subcontractors. You will nurture initial contacts, coordinate with Sales, Operations and Marketing, and ensure a smooth transition from sold jobs to completion.

You will respond to showroom walk-ins, prequalify leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate data in our systems, contributing to branch revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales and customer service.
• Ability to qualify walk-in customers and set sales appointments.
• Familiarity with showroom processes and product updates.

Responsibilities

• Open and close showroom daily and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Direct walk-in customers and prequalify for sales appointments.
• Input and maintain data in software programs for leads, showroom traffic, and appointments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing and HR as needed.
• Coordinate with installation teams and service follow-up after sales.
