Job summary

Pella is seeking a Branch Sales Facilitator in Missouri to serve as the showroom’s primary contact for walk-ins and to support the sales process from lead generation to job completion. You will interact with customers, coordinate with installation and operations teams, and help manage showroom events and product demonstrations.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, accurate data entry, and collaboration across Sales, Operations and Marketing to drive branch revenue and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or showroom settings preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close showroom daily to maintain a welcoming space.
• Direct customer walk-ins and prequalify to set proper expectations.
• Schedule sales appointments for Trade and Retail teams.
• Input and maintain accurate lead and appointment data in management systems.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, operations, service and sales teams.
• Follow up after sales to resolve questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and deposits as part of sales transactions.
• Keep showroom clean and presentable and comply with safety policies.
• Assist with showroom events and product demonstrations.
• Stay informed about Pella products, options and installation processes.
