WSL Services in Kent is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service / Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends customer service, showroom sales, and inside sales responsibilities; you will assist customers with product selection, process orders, prepare quotes, and support daily service center operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, showroom sales, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, by phone, and through email.
• Provide product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to support repeat business.
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues professionally.
• Maintain showroom displays, pricing, and overall appearance.
• Support inside sales efforts by identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned.
