Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or resolution experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Handles high volume calls and communicates clearly by phone.
• Experience with multiple lines and software applications.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner in showroom.
• Answer calls promptly with clear information and support.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical products, including pricing and usage.
• Assess needs and recommend products and services.
• Educate patients on products and proper usage.
• Process orders accurately and enter information in systems.
• Maintain showroom stock, cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with team and leadership in a coaching environment.
• Perform other tasks to support customers and office operations.
