Qualifications

• High School education is required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions face-to-face and assist with product selection.
• Record and maintain customer contact information accurately.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships on behalf of MSI.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls as needed.
• Follow up on commitments with customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Assist customers in determining order requirements and services.
• Coordinate delivery scheduling and shipping documents.
• Provide price quotes and process sales orders accurately.
