Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Kent, WA location. You will act as the liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries on pricing, products, inventory, deliveries, orders, invoicing and collections.

You will manage showroom visits, coordinates with sales teams, and support a fast-paced environment in a multinational setting. Strong communication and ERP system skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry.
• Customer Service experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution or related industry experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service as a liaison between customers and Cosentino.
• Handle inquiries on pricing, products, inventory, delivery schedules, orders, invoicing and collections.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Provide show-room information, order status updates, and logistics coordination with sales teams.
