The role involves coordinating with architects, designers, and builders, supporting sales processes, and maintaining organized showroom and administrative tasks while ensuring accurate invoicing and payment handling.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Candidate should be organized, self-directed and able to prioritize duties.
• Must meet tight deadlines and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, build relationships and know products well.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a showroom setting.
• Educate customers on the sales process and assess needs to match products.
• Assist clients in selecting slabs and tiles for projects.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to architects, designers, and builders.
• Assist dealers with sales and ordering process.
• Answer phones, organize the designer room, file paperwork, respond to questions.
• Capture visits and preliminary selections, create holds and communicate to accounts.
