We are looking for a new Project Coordinator to join our team.This is a salary position with an annualized salary range between $45,000-$65,000 (based on relevant experience), with a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees including medical, dental, paid time off, company bonus, and 401(k) match.This full‑time role will be in person at our Boulder, CO office, with the opportunity for (1) flexible work‑from home day after 6 months.

Role Description

We are a growing company, and that means you may be required to wear multiple hats throughout your day. As a Logistics Coordinator at BC Interiors, you will be a key part of our operations and customer support team. This full‑time, in person position, is an ideal role for someone that is interested in developing a career in Project Management at BC Interiors.

The Value You’ll Provide
  • Manage small to medium‑sized projects from planning through installation and closeout, including project deliverables, schedules, logistics, customer communication, installation coordination, and punch‑list completion
  • Own the day‑to‑day scheduling and calendar for BC Interiors’ internal delivery and install team, balancing project requirements, crew availability, customer expectations, product readiness, and jobsite conditions
  • Communicate directly with customers to schedule installations, confirm key contacts, review site access and conditions, and verify site readiness
  • Prepare accurate work orders and install packages for delivery and installation projects, including drawings, project documentation, site information, contacts, and other information needed by the team
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for BC Interiors’ installation crews, providing needed information and documentation and taking ownership of resolving field, scheduling, and project‑related issues
  • Review and interpret project information, Bill of Materials, installation drawings, product details, and project requirements to support successful delivery and installation
  • Coordinate with customers, sales, design, project management, warehouse, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure projects are properly planned and prepared
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, logistics coordination, customer service, design, or a similar role. Prior experience in commercial furniture, commercial construction, or related fields preferred
  • Experience coordinating with installation crews and customers, with the ability to serve as a primary point of contact and take ownership of field and scheduling issues
  • Confident, professional communicator who is comfortable working directly with customers and installation crews
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails and presentations
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software. Knowledge of CORE and Smartsheet is ideal, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Your Compensation & Benefits Package
