Job summary

BC Interiors, a Boulder, CO-based full-service workplace solutions and furniture dealer, seeks a Project Coordinator to support logistics, scheduling, and installation from planning through closeout.

This in-person, full-time role offers an annual salary range of $45,000–$65,000, with medical/dental benefits, paid time off, a company bonus and 401(k) match, plus one flexible work-from-home day after six months, and potential growth into project management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, logistics coordination, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with installation crews and customers is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium-sized projects from planning through installation and closeout.
• Own day-to-day scheduling for internal delivery and install teams.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, design, project management, warehouse and installation teams.
