Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an Operations Manager for the showroom in the United States. The role oversees back-of-house operations and supports sales, ensuring a seamless client experience across floors and service departments.

You will lead daily operations, manage openings/closings, and uphold company procedures while driving efficiency, security, and accuracy in inventory and processes. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Operations in a service-related industry.
• High school/college degree.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily store operations, including opening and closing the store and scheduling security guards.
• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities including cycle counts, inventory control, and inventory.
• Oversee the Service Department working closely with the Repair manager.
• Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management.
• Reconcile merchandise discrepancies, re-ticket merchandise, and make necessary price adjustments.
• Maintain thorough understanding of policies, procedures and processes; ensure team adherence to retail operating and security procedures.
