Responsabilités

• Assist showroom daily operations.
• Field inbound communications and route to internal parties.
• Coordinate scheduling and cross-functional meetings.
• Organize resources and maintain files and office supplies.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders.
• Database management and contact entries.
• Assist in ordering of samples for sales associates.
• Perform general office administration and procedures.
• Travel locally as needed (up to 3 hours driving distance).
