Job summary

PeopleSpace - A Best In Class Haworth Partner is seeking an entry-level, hourly role to support the Client Engagement Manager and Managing Director. This position focuses on showroom operations, guest services, and Sales-related admin tasks in a dynamic environment.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle incoming calls, and assist with data entry in NetSuite CRM and SharePoint. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM and office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and appearance of the Customer Experience Center.
• Greet guests, manage reception, and coordinate meeting spaces.
• Perform mail, shipping, and receiving duties and process invoices.
• Provide executive and administrative support to leadership and Sales teams.
