Job summary

Mobility City is seeking a Showroom Customer Service & Mobility Equipment Technician to join our team. The role combines customer service, repair work, and installation of mobility devices, ensuring customers receive expert guidance and seamless service.

Ideal candidates have experience with scooters, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices, with strong safety awareness and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical repair, electrical systems, mobility equipment servicing, or retail sales preferred.
• Experience with scooters, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on mobility products.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met in all repairs.
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide demonstrations.
• Install and set up equipment at customer locations.
• Update CRM with service records and quotes.
• Maintain showroom displays and inventory.
