Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a Technician for a full-time, day-shift role (Monday–Friday).

The technician will assist in delivering mobility solutions including wheelchairs and positioning systems, coordinating with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely order, receipt, assembly, and delivery to clients. The role emphasizes hands-on assembly, service repairs, inventory control, and direct customer interaction, with opportunities to work across branch,

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in multiple environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specifications.
• Provides inventory control for all custom, special orders and stock items.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting and customer service.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
