Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of Eclipse ERP or ability to quickly learn ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day showroom operations and provide direction and support to showroom associates.
• Support showroom sales, margins, and profitability goals by monitoring performance and communicating trends to the Branch Manager.
• Oversee payroll, staffing, purchases, displays, expenses, margins, and overall P&L performance.
• Assist customers with design and selection of plumbing products and related items.
• Train, coach, and develop showroom staff in customer service, selling techniques, product knowledge, and company processes.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage and accurate timekeeping.
