Job summary

Hajoca Corporation's Kalamazoo, MI location is seeking a Showroom Support professional to greet customers, route them to a showroom consultant, and provide essential administrative support. You will manage appointments, gather customer needs, and share accurate product information including specifications, pricing, and availability.

You will also enter orders and bids, process returns, keep the showroom tidy, and maintain current product literature.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or showroom sales.
• Outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communication skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) to communicate, maintain contact files and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and connect them with a Showroom sales consultant.
• Provide administrative support and schedule showroom appointments.
• Identify customer needs and direct to best products.
• Give accurate product information including specs, pricing, and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids and follow up through the sales process.
• Process showroom returns and refunds per company policy.
• Keep showroom neat, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product literature for customers.
• Join industry associations and attend events to stay informed.
