Job summary

Builders Plumbing & HTG, part of Hajoca Corporation, is seeking a Showroom Sales Support at our Lansing, MI location. The role focuses on warm customer hospitality, administrative scheduling, and guiding customers to the right showroom products.

A strong product knowledge background and service mindset are key. Responsibilities include processing orders, keeping the showroom organized, and staying current with design trends to support sales consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or showroom sales.
• Knowledge of showroom products preferred.
• Ability to be organized and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and welcome customers, direct to a showroom consultant.
• Provide administrative support and schedule appointments for showroom sales.
• Determine customer needs and direct to best products.
• Provide product specifications, pricing, and availability information.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and follow up with customers.
• Process showroom returns and refunds per company policy.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked and safely displayed.
• Maintain up-to-date product literature for customers.
