Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience; overseeing multiple operational functions preferred.
• Experience leading branch and counter sales operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Counter Sales and Showroom operations, including hiring, scheduling, development, and discipline.
• Plan and control expenses of branch location with profit and loss responsibility.
• Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the branch.
• Provide effective leadership, communication, coaching, and performance feedback to employees and department leaders.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Identify new product and business opportunities based on customer and market needs.
• Oversee daily maintenance, organization, and operational needs of the location.
• Ensure safety standards and policies are followed, with attention to safe warehouse practices.
