Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our showroom team in a full-time role. You will greet customers, handle calls, prepare quotes, and develop product knowledge to drive sales.

You’ll use our inventory system to fulfill orders and may assist in the warehouse as needed. Strong teamwork and communication are essential, with bilingual Spanish skills considered a plus for serving diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and independently with customers.
• Ability to lift and carry building materials up to 70 pounds.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products from architect plans.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services.
• Use the inventory system to fill orders and maintain inventory control.
• Be willing to assist in the warehouse, including loading/unloading materials.
