Blue Nile, a leader in fine jewelry, seeks an Assistant Showroom Manager to guide a team of Luxury Sales Consultants in Charlotte, NC. You will educate customers about jewelry, model world-class service, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in customer service or sales with retail leadership, strong communication, and a drive to empower the team to exceed targets. Medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching are available for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/sales background.
• Jewelry experience not required but preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail.
• Proven track record of increasing personal sales volume.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Embraces technology and implements new systems seamlessly.
• Strong sense of urgency and bias for action.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate industry leading selling and service behaviors to build strong customer loyalty and relationship to Blue Nile.
• Self-motivated and able to lead others.
• Coaching and redirection to maintain performance expectations.
• Personally achieve individual sales and client activity goals.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues with the manager.
• Partner with the manager on difficult situations.
• Follow company directions and adapt to new initiatives.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with team members and clients.
• Be a special process expert.
• Stay aware of jewelry trends and competition.
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and team progress.
