Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to lead a team of Luxury Sales Consultants in our Bellevue showroom. The role focuses on educating customers about jewelry, coaching staff, and driving world-class service to maximize sales.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or sales, retail management experience, and a proven sales track record. Jewelry experience is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/sales background.
• Prior management experience in retail.
• Proven track record of increasing personal sales volume.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Jewelry experience is not required, but preferred.
