Blue Nile is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to lead a team of Luxury Sales Consultants at our Boca Raton showroom in Town Center. You will drive client relationships, share product knowledge, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service while maximizing sales.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for jewelry, strong leadership, and the ability to educate customers on Blue Nile products and policies. This role requires a personable, results-driven approach in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of customer service/sales background.
• Jewelry experience is not required, but preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail.
• Proven track record of increasing personal sales volume.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Embraces technology and implements new systems seamlessly.
• Strong sense of urgency and bias for action.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for training and learning and executing against timelines and goals.
• Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with tangible metrics.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate industry leading selling and service behaviors to build customer loyalty and support Blue Nile initiatives.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver world class service and meet sales goals.
• Achieve individual sales and client activity targets.
• Handle customer escalations with support from management.
• Maintain store standards and protect the Blue Nile brand.
• Track and drive KPIs daily, weekly and monthly to meet plan.
