Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom customers and assess project needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Guide customers through cabinet and flooring options, pricing, and suitability.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales orders with quantities and pricing.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and orders to move projects forward.
• Coordinate with vendors and team on availability and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist with cabinet layouts using 2020 Design.
• Develop sales opportunities and meet sales goals.
