50Floor, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions for their homes, using pre-qualified leads provided by robust marketing efforts.

You will travel for in-home showroom experiences and drive high-value sales with doctors of financing options and a focus on customer satisfaction. Join a team that provides comprehensive product training, a strong commission-based compensation structure, and extensive advertising support to help

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Reliable automobile and auto insurance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to excel.
Thrives in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home showroom experiences within a territory up to 85 miles.
Advise customers on flooring selections to fit needs.
Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
Collect initial payments on sales contracts.
Deliver outstanding customer service and smooth sales process.
Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
Achieve sales targets within territory.
Attend monthly sales meetings to stay updated on products and services.
