Job summary

Alfred Williams & Company in Austin seeks a Showroom Coordinator to maintain a polished, welcoming showroom for clients, employees and events. This hands-on role also supports the Project Coordination team with clerical tasks as workload requires.

Responsibilities include daily showroom readiness, hospitality duties, kitchen upkeep and coordinating with vendors. You will restock supplies, assist with events, track inventory and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or admin training is a plus.
• Professional, service-oriented communication with clients and vendors.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple details.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is ready and welcoming for clients, employees and events.
• Maintain displays, literature, samples and keep space tidy and presentable.
• Greet guests and direct them to the right teams; assist with events and catering coordination.
• Provide clerical support to Project Coordination and assist with data entry, document prep and filing.
• Monitor supplies in showroom, kitchen and restrooms; coordinate replenishment with management.
• Support housekeeping, maintenance and safety practices and communicate needs to appropriate staff.
