Job summary

WorkSpace Interiors in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to maintain a polished showroom and deliver client-ready support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and a key partner to leadership, coordinating events, travel, and communications with our external marketing partner.

You will manage showroom operations across locations and assist with onboarding, invoicing reminders, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for clients and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in office management, hospitality, event coordination, or customer-facing role.
• Valid driver's license for travel between showroom locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and hospitality for clients.
• Answer calls and support leadership with calendars and travel arrangements.
• Support multiple showroom locations as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and team recognition efforts.
