Job summary

Alfred-Williams- in the Austin showroom is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to maintain a welcoming, organized space for clients, employees and events. This role oversees day-to-day appearance, kitchen upkeep, refreshments, and clerical support for the Project Coordination team.

You will balance showroom duties with administrative tasks and help ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Open, inspect and reset the showroom to remain presentation-ready.
• Maintain displays and replenish materials; report damage.
• Welcome clients and guests; assist with navigation.
• Manage showroom supplies and coordinate routine orders.
• Prepare coffee and refreshments for meetings and events.
• Provide clerical support to Project Coordination and keep records.
