Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking a Trade Sales Consultant in Scottsdale to build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects and clients, driving high-volume, profitable sales and maximum market penetration with strong customer satisfaction.

You will present Marvin products, read blueprints, and use software to quote and order for remodeling and new construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation quality in residential and light commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher preferred; relevant experience considered.
• 2–4 years in sales, customer service, or business.
• Construction/window industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relations, product sales and delivery, and installation guidance.
• Promote Marvin product line at events and trade associations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and prepare quotes using software.
• Ensure proper installation per manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow up on leads and provide feedback on market activity.
• Mentor newer team members and host corporate guests.
• Support continuous improvement within the department.
