Mountain West Windows and Doors in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Remodel & Replacement Sales Consultant to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, remodelers, replacement companies and homeowners. You will generate high-volume, profitable sales, expand market penetration, and deliver exceptional customer experience, including product demonstrations and reading blueprints.

You will travel throughout the territory, visit permit offices, quote and order products using OMS, Salesforce and MS

Qualifications

• Two to four years of sales or related experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of construction applications and window/door products preferred.
• Experience reading construction plans, blueprints, and specifications preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an annual business plan with sales goals and account acquisitions.
• Identify new opportunities with remodel contractors, replacement companies, builders and homeowners to reach sales targets.
• Visit permit offices or review reports to uncover active projects in your area.
• Manage customer relationships, assist with product applications, quotes, orders and delivery.
• Promote Marvin products and remain current on trends in architecture and remodeling.
• Present product demonstrations and read blueprints; use OMS, Salesforce, and MS Office to quote and order products.
