Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in showroom, retail, or construction-related environments.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day showroom operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Coach, develop, and manage showroom staff and drive accountability.
• Establish processes, standards, and performance expectations.
• Monitor merchandising, displays, and showroom appearance for a professional environment.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure showroom coverage.
• Serve as primary contact for partners visiting the showroom.
• Guide customers through product selections and project planning with a consultative approach.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and proactively.
• Build long-term relationships generating repeat business and referrals.
• Oversee product selections, pricing requests, and order coordination.
• Track project status and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs.
• Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
