Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service, administrative, showroom, hospitality or related experience.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Francisco showroom five days per week.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Professional communication and relationship-building with customers and teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day showroom experience, ensuring a professional, organized and welcoming space.
• Support regional and national sales teams with meetings, visits and sample prep.
• Manage showroom inventory, samples, and shipments; prepare weekly sample reports.
• Plan and coordinate showroom events and internal/external communications.
