Warners' Stellian is seeking a Showroom Operations Manager in the Kansas City area to support the Store Manager with administrative schedules, greet customers, and assist with customer service inquiries. You will also complete sales orders, input orders into the system, and handle financing and payments.

Ideal candidates are analytical, highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication, and able to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager with administrative schedules.
• Greet all customers and ensure they are being helped in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with customer service questions and issues.
• Complete sales orders, including entering the order into the computer system.
• Bill customer financing and collect payment for orders.
