HR Synergy is seeking a energetic Customer Support and Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in the Nashua showroom. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and help customers select cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes based on preferences and budget.

You will use in-house design software and standard productivity tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel to prepare orders, coordinate deposits and deliveries, and draft contracts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Interest in design is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in home design/remodeling space.

Responsabilités

• Greet showroom visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Assist customers in selecting cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes by understanding preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Utilize in-house design software and productivity tools such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Order materials by preparing sales and purchase orders.
• Coordinate deposits, payments, and material deliveries.
• Draft project contracts.
• Schedule material delivery and installations.
• Process warranty and return forms.
