Furniture Plus Design is seeking a Showroom Administrator to be the face of the brand and hospitality anchor of our Honolulu showroom. You will curate a premium client experience by managing the front desk, keeping the space “tour ready,” and supporting the design and sales teams with admin tasks in-showroom and in the field.

Key duties include opening/closing protocols, front desk hospitality, vendor coordination, lead follow-up, warranty claims administration, and cross-functional team support

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative, receptionist, office support, or customer-facing hospitality/retail roles.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for clerical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage front desk and showroom to ensure a premium client experience.
• Open and close daily protocols and maintain showroom readiness.
• Support design and sales teams with administrative tasks in-showroom and in the field.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, calendar maintenance, and communications.
• Handle lead pipeline and qualify walk-in prospects for sales.
• Process warranty claims from intake to resolution with the sales team.
• Prepare product samples, CAD drawings, and field support as needed.
