Job summary

Best Tile is seeking a full-time Design Sales Consultant to join our family-run team. Starting pay is $18-20 per hour, plus commission, with comprehensive healthcare coverage, a Health Savings and 401(k) with company match, and paid time off including holidays.

You will field requests from customers, vendors, and showroom staff, help maintain showroom organization, and assist with in-store and off-site events to deliver a superior tile design experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Solid computer, systems, and mathematical skills.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Field requests and inquiries from customers, vendors, and members of the Showroom Team.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the Showroom layout.
• Assist with in-store and off-site events and programs.
