Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to provide interior design guidance and product selection, using the showroom as a selling tool to drive specifications and sales. The role involves client follow-up, vendor coordination, and maintaining showroom displays.

Applicants must meet the Saturday work requirement and have a four-year degree or equivalent experience; strong design sense and customer engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong sales and customer engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic CAD/blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior design advice and product expertise, facilitate tile and stone selection.
• Log showroom visits and follow-up in the system; report sales closures monthly.
• Prospect for new business with builders and designers; log leads and appointments.
• Maintain showroom samples/merchandising and coordinate with suppliers.
• Plan and host showroom tours and industry trade events; drive brand awareness.
• Evening and weekend hours are required.
