Post-sale duties include order entry, coordination with technical services, manufacturing, and delivery, while ensuring accuracy, timely responses, and strong customer relationships. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or service-oriented role is preferred.
• Strong client-focused communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Office software and business applications proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Generate professional project estimates and quotes for metal building systems.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
• Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages or delays.
• Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as the customer point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Act as liaison between customer and company for issues and desires.
• Analyze and report competitive market information.
• Deliver customer-focused activities and services.
