• Comfortable using office software, computers, phones and standard equipment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Welcome showroom visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Manage calls and email inquiries, provide basic product information, and direct requests to the right team.
• Support sales with stock checks, pricing inquiries, order entry, and reserve requests in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Maintain customer contact information and activity records in the CRM system.
• Process outgoing sample requests and organize sample returns.
• Maintain sample inventory and coordinate product collections organization.
• Keep galleries, displays and work areas neat and presentation-ready.
• Assist with showroom marketing events and designer presentations.
