Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Take part in team activities according to team standardsAttend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
