Job summary

PLACE Building Dreams Team is looking for a proactive Showing Assistant to support experienced agents by coordinating property viewings and assisting across the purchase, sale, and investment process.

You will rely on strong communication and organizational skills, deliver timely feedback, and help drive client satisfaction while using PLACE Technology in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE New Agent Launch program.
• Assist sales agents in showing homes to clients.
• Deliver detailed feedback to refine client preferences.
• Draft and negotiate offers for agents and clients.
• Generate at least 10 hours of leads weekly.
• Engage in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls.
• Record tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
