Emily Hayes Homes in Utah is seeking motivated individuals to join as Showing Partners in a fast-paced real estate environment. Whether licensed or in training, you will work with seasoned agents to guide clients to homes and build lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes prospecting, lead generation, and strong communication, with a clear path to more advanced opportunities. We offer coaching, resources, and performance-based earnings through PLACE technology.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• Must hold a real estate license in UTAH to join the TEAM.
• Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply!)
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
• Eager to learn and focused on growth.
• Well-organized and prepared.
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Recently obtained your license? We welcome your application!
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
