Qualifikationen

• Previous Event Management experience required.
• Leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and attend scheduled events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute local events and trade shows to generate qualified leads.
• Negotiate contracts and secure booth space with event vendors.
• Develop and manage an annual events calendar.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach event staff.
• Oversee booth logistics, setup, and teardown.
• Generate leads and schedule Free In-Home Consultations.
• Monitor event ROI and provide growth recommendations.
