Museum of Ice Cream in Boston seeks a Show Ambassador to create magical guest experiences through engaging performances and guest interactions while supporting retail, bar, cafe, and ticketing operations. This role blends hospitality, performance, and sales in a high-energy, inclusive environment.

Seasonal employment is up to six months; 18+ required; Food Handler or ServeSafe certification beneficial; open availability including weekends; fast-paced teamwork and ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Performance: bring exhibits to life with scripted guides and spontaneous performances.
• Sales Across Key Business Areas: support sales in MOIC's retail shop, bar and/or cafe, as well as ticketing.
• Ice Cream & Treat Delivery (Cross-Trained): assist the Service Team in delivering ice cream and other treats to guests quickly.
• Hospitality & Service: provide real-time, positive guest support to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience throughout the experience and retail shop.
• Event & VIP Setup: assist with performances and experiences for special events and VIP guests, ensuring high standards of engagement and service.
• Collaboration: work closely with Service and Show Teams to create a memorable and cohesive guest experience.
• Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the museum to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Perform Other Duties: take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
